Hoa Lac Commune is vigorously implementing the clearance of urban order violation hotspots with the spirit of “resolving each case completely as it arises”; firmly eliminating spontaneous and temporary markets encroaching on roads and sidewalks, and preventing repeated violations from persisting.

In implementation of Plan No. 332/KH-UBND dated December 10, 2025, issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee on resolving urban order bottlenecks and building communes and wards that ensure order, discipline, and urban civility across the city, the Hoa Lac Commune Police have advised the commune People’s Committee to issue a specific action plan. The stated objective is to completely resolve bottlenecks and prevent prolonged violations.
